Eagle's Nest Good food is a major part of Eagle’s Nest. Starting with a full breakfast. Omelets made to order, waffles, homemade biscuits and sausage gravy, jumbo cinnamon rolls. From the original Eggs Ranchero (English muffin topped with shaved ham, Pico de Gallo, poached eggs, Hollandaise, and served with hash browns) to traditional Old Fashion Oatmeal, you'll find the perfect breakfast to start your day right. Breakfast is served from 7 am to 10:30 am Mon thru Fri and 8 am to 10:30 am Sat. Sunday Brunch is from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm.

Our bistro lunch menu and our fine dining evening menu are sure to please even the most discriminating palate. Lunch is served from 11am to 4pm, Tues thru Sat, 11 am to 2 Mon. Several different soups and salads are offered as well as a wide variety of sandwiches; like The Eagle, hickory smoked turkey breast, smoked bacon, baby Swiss cheese, red leaf lettuce, tomato, and basil mayo on foccacia bread. Or try the Chicken Caesar Wrap, grilled chicken in a herb & garlic wrap with Caesar dressing, grated parma, romaine and red onion. Try our new daily Pizza Specials- different every day.

Dinner is prepared between 3:30 and 5 pm. Coffee and other beverages, soup and house salad and items from our bakery are avialable in the Bistro during this time.

Bakery goods The Bakery prepares all the baked goods at the Eagle's Nest. Enjoy the freshness as it comes out of our oven. Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls, Apple Strudel, Cherry Turnovers, Muffins, Cookies, Elephant Ears, Orange Golden Raisin Scones, Breads, Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding and Specialty Cakes and Pies...all baked right in our oven.
